The construction of Rachuonyo Technical and Vocational College was completed in December 2020 and since its then it has been under RIAT Mentorship. The Institute was officially handed over to Rachuonyo TVC Board on 30/11/2022.The Ceremony presided over by a Ministry official from DTE Nairobi, County Directors Kisumu/Siaya and Homa bay
